I have wondered when 2 people are talking and someone walks up, why is the person they were first talking too then ignored and they go to the next person? What happened to manners? what happened to being polite and waiting your turn? I cannot understand why people have to be so rude. Also when you are actually talking about something and someone comes up while you are talking and interrupts you and you are left standing there trying to finish your sentence but to no avail. Why can’t people wait their turn and why can’t the person you are actually having the conversation with ignore the other person until your conversation is finished with them? This is one of my biggest pet peeves. People are so impatient and so rude anymore. Sometimes I guess it’s just best to keep your mouth quiet and not talk at all, but then people would wonder what is wrong with you. My mama use to say “A still tongue makes a wise mind.” I believe that more and more.

A still tounge makes a wise mind, but it also makes a resentment from others. I do think your right, but sometimes you have to act like all of these people on a lower level of life.
I’ve learned that no matter what people act like, you can never drop yourself to their standard. If people want to be rude, then let them and just walk away. I no longer put myself in the situations where I know it’s not right. I never want to act like anybody else. I want to be me and be different.
